Delcom Engineering Ltd. is an Engineering firm based on Prince Edward Island. Incorporated in 1983, the firm's principal personnel are Larry J. McQuaid, P.Eng., J. Clark Baglole, P. Eng., and Luc Van Hul, P.Eng., all registered Professional Engineers.
