Delcom offers consultation and advice to clients at all stages of project development. Input offered may include project definition and planning, data gathering and analysis, project management, consultant studies and surveys.

PRE-DESIGN SERVICES
Pre-design services are often required to assess existing conditions and provide comparisons for decision making purposes. Delcom offers preparation of site and location surveys, recording of information, analysis, evaluation and interpretation of data and presentation of recommendations to clients.

DESIGN SERVICES
Delcom's design services cover all general aspects of each project and include detailed design and analysis, cost estimates, working drawing preparation, specifications, advertisements for tender, review comparison, evaluation of bids, and recommendations pertinent to each phase of the project.

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
General contract administration and site inspection services during construction are part of Delcom's approach to each project. Specific services include the establishment of a site inspection program, checking of material, equipment and workmanship, review of sureties, insurance and other warranties, interpretation of contract documents, consideration of alternative methods, general technical inspection, coordination and management of site and preparation of record drawings.
